Did you honestly think taxing rich people would get money to the lower classes?
Its a TAX. That money goes DIRECTLY to the government, and they POCKET it.
Basically, all your doing is stealing money from the people who can AFFORD TO GIVE PEOPLE JOBS and can still SPEND MONEY FREELY.
When people STOP SPENDING MONEY, the economy collapses.
It happened in the Great Depression, and its happening now.
