The sea reflecting in the window. Dying bloody Tom Hanks laying down against the white wall. The slow zoom-out at the end when the kid's crying. When he looks out at the sea...The whole scene at the beach house is just a piece of art. I love this movie.

there's a similar scene in The Shootist. John Wayne is dying, and he tells Ron Howard to throw the gun away, he does, and Wayne is content. Jude Law was never so sleazy ('cept maybe when he was arrested with the prostute, the thing that broke up his engagement to Elizabeth Hurley) :D

Well I just noticed a problem with this awesome scene. When Tom hanks gets shot in the back the bullets also go through his chest which should mean they hit the window causing the glass to shatter.
