'Sushi Express' is a chain restaurant in Taiwan. Has the nice rotating sushi belt. Each table also has a hot water tap so you can pour unlimited hot tea to help you wash down all that unlimited sushi. Taiwan was Japan's first Colonization effort which began with Taiwan's invasion in 1895. Therefore, there is a lot of Japanese culture inter-mixed with Taiwan. Being an island nation, it is only natural that Sushi is very popular here.
A server simply counts the number of saucers at the end of your meal to determine the total price. Each plate is the same cost...except for the special holders used for the cone-type of rolls.
