Is there a such thing and too many rights? Some hypocrites seem to think that transgenders have enough rights as it is yet they still are tryin to stuff more right sin their own legislative bags. People have the right to be agaist someithing and not accept....my motto is "you dont have to accept it but your gonna respect it" I dont feel people should press their beliefs on people. Now even this scenario, they have the right to to feel and believe what they want. My issue is dont wear a mask of equality when you dont belive in those principle for real...Dont act like your in out corner when you really only looking out for your own. I respect people who look out for theme self with pride. Then you know who you dealing with...not some fake you think is down for you then they show in the bad times that they are not.

I'd just like to say, as a gay male, that I'm absolutely on your side. Discrimination against transgender individuals is still generally accepted in modern society, unfortunately; people love to judge what they can't understand. I guess it helps them cope with their own ignorance. I definitely see the need for a transgender woman to be able to change her legal identity, as a matter of recognition as well as protection. And whether she had a sex change should NOT matter (I winced at that part).

Everyone in the LGBT community 'should' be on the same side, especially when it comes to equal rights!
