would you mind telling me what you do for the smearing the green or what you use and also, how do you get the clear coat to be a perfect gloss. I know how you work up to 2000 grain but its just not quite that glass like sheen.

Did u use varnish on the guitar after painting it?

@isurelydontknow1 .... it shows how all the paint is layered to create the shark. You can tell its all hand painted.

@isurelydontknow1 theres no stickers on the guitar.. as you see in the video I paint the shark by hand.

i have a whole in my guitar where a knob used to be and i dont want it there anymore. i'm plannin on repainting my guitar. if i put say painters or electrical tape over it, is there a way to apply the spray paint to where the end result will be a flush smooth body? In other words i want to cover up the whole. But i dont want an in dention of a piece of tape to show up in the final form of the guitar. ? Never done it before. just curious

Hey Bro, use wood filler on that.. apply it , let it dry then sand it smooth. Then paint the guitar how you wish.. Tape will never work Bro.
