If the Oscar Grant murder hadn't been captured on camera, these incompetent morons would have claimed that he was fighting with officers and reaching for what was though to be a weapon. How many times have we heard that from a PD after a police killing? It's a simple coverup when you don't have to worry about the other side telling their story.
Thank goodness people had the cameras rolling.
