Higher Quality video of the original VFX - cutting open someones stomach.
We spent 2 hours using latex, and other materials to make it look like my stomach was cut open, just to see what Vecca could achieve and what it could look like in a film, from certain angles it looks great, just it doesn't from other angles, the digital still photos taken of it looks far better than what is seen on this video

wouldn't it be easier to make the appliance beforehand on a table or something and then carefully transfer it to the actor?

It's a very ingenious way to "open" a stomach. The result is completly cool, dude. I'm a chilean viewer and I just can say "Amazing!"
