Hi Tricia, Thank you for comments and appreciation of our film. I may have directed the film, but very much around what the film participants wanted to put forward about themselves. They mentioned their coping strategies in the film, but only as much they wanted to reveal. Maybe there should be a film dedicated to coping mechanisms, but who should take on that responsibility would be up for question, as we all have personal coping strategies that may not work for others.

Thank you for making this film Ivan, it depicts mental health problems from the sufferers view point really well, which is a hard thing to capture/explain. I related to the lady shut in writing poetry ... thats more or less all I do sometimes :/ Great to see some positive work going on in London too.

Sorry to take so long to reply. It has been a busy month. Thank you for your appreciation of the film and sharing your personal empathy with one of the participants on the project. I will feed your comments back to the group. We showed it to the Mental Health Foundation yesterday for their away day events and it was well received. All the best. Ivan

Hi Ivan. Thank you for bringing this video to my attention. I could relate to most of the experiences these people shared as I too, experience overload. I think the part about how overload is experienced was covered quite well, however I do wish there was a little more footage on coping mechanisms.
It is creative and engaging to watch. Kudos.
