Title says it all basically...
1) Download Animap Editor @ http://www.aibohack.com/nds2007/acmapedit08.zip
2) Backup your game save and copy it to somewhere safe - like your documents folder.
3) Open your game save with Animap Editor and begin editing - tutorial shown in video and problem solution. I sped up the vid cos i didn't wanna upload it in parts so sorry about the speed. Pause it when you need to read something.
No foul comments - these will be removed!!!
Thanks, D64S

FAQ
--What flashcards are compatible?
To my knowledge, they all are so long as the save file of Animal Crossing is .sav or .duc.
--How do I get my saved game onto my computer? (non-flashcard)
Check out the video in the Video Responses. You will need specific software in order to do this.
--Will this mess up my game?
Unless you are clueless on using the software, it can potentially cause irrepairable damage to your game. To avoid this, you shouldn't misplace specific tiles deliberately - ie, waterfall tile on a gate tile = unable to visit other towns.
--Flashcard saves (a little more detail)
If you own a flashcard - AceKard, DSTT, R4DS, etc - this is actually made easier, without the involvement of the Action Replay MAX Drive software. All you need to do is copy the game save (.sav) onto your computer, and open it in Animap Editor. Once finished, move the modified file back onto the card (it's a good idea to rename the original as a backup instead of overwriting it) and run the game as normal. Provided you didn't edit the filename of the save, there should be no problems in the long run.
--What should I take into consideration while modding my save?
• Trees
• Flowers
• Rocks
• Tiles (building tiles, waterfall and gate tiles, town centre tiles etcetera)
• Ocean + river
If you fail to place enough flowers, trees or a correct number of rocks, there's a chance the game will fail to boot. To prevent this, it's wise to place a lot of trees and/or flowers. This is just a word of warning to those of you who are interested in hacking your town to get the Perfect Town. :)
I'm adding a FAQ to the bottom of the description. Questions asked will probably be answered thouroughly there.

The video in the Video Responses section covers use on the Action Replay DUO Max. For Flashcard, just copy the .sav file.
