I wouldnt say he was resisting...he was on the floor and the cop started punching him...and walking around town isn't illegal, and doesn't warrant that type of treatment...he should get a ticket MAYBE and thats it

I wish they had the beginning of this "scuffle"(as you awesome police vigilantes call it) He begins with a suflex, then proceeds to punch him several times in the head. Exactly what advantage do you gain over a suspect by punching them in the head? The cop obviously overpowered this kid so why take it so far.
