ELLA FITZGERALD! SIMPLY GLORIOUS!
WOW! Ella really really was the Grande Dame (i.e. "Great First Lady of American Song"). Ella had a unique beautiful voice - sweet, pure, with the ability to touch us all emotionally. Ballads-yes, she sang them beautifully. Up-Tempo songs- of course - she sang these with great ease and talent!
God Bless you Ella Fitzgerald. Thanks for the decades of Great Music!
