@timkelly Yeah, I've seen on here that alot of the deleted scenes are in the graphic novel. I forgot about it being an Orion release.UHF was an Orion release and the only reason deleted scenes were released was because they were infact sitting in a box in weird al's closset.

I saw this years ago on tv. I just don't get why with the special edition of both movies packaged with a bonus discthat had the documentary/first episode of the cartoon show and everything else .. I don't see why they couldn't have redone the main DVDs and added in deleted scenes. From what I've found there are alot of deleted scenes from Bogus Journey.

@gritnom I hear ya! I have the graphic novel and the trading cards and have seen all the trailers, and would love to have all the deleted scenes on a bonus disc. This is my third favorite movie behind The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Beetlejuice. Unfortunately, it's very likely that the deleted scenes (aside from this one) are lost forever, unless MGM's got Orion's leftovers in a box somewhere.

Where did you find this scene? I bought the DVD in 2006, but it included nothing extra.
