What's with you guys? I LOVE Yamada's English voice :D I like her Japanese voice and all, but really, its gets kinda annoying and cliched sometimes xP Even if you don't like her English voice, you've got to admit that she has a good voice actress x] Trust me, there a lot of people worse out there... @JIYkp To do similar sounding characters but by and large most seiyu are assigned one character of importance. A few major names that apparently are everywhere but even so generally assigned one role per production. Regardless at least Japan has a larger roster of voices at any given time and are always out for new voiceboxes.

Cmon I was so happy to hear Alexis Tipton for the first time thinking "FINALLY A NEW VOICE" and now she's the automatic ditzy girl and with no real equal in the business.

Right, people need to realize that anime is potentially the greatest genre/medium of all time. It matches and sometimes trumps movies, tv shows, cartoons, comics in drama, romance, action, comedy, epicness (mostly epicness).
