The Sertoma Mile High Soap is a youth racing program for kids ages 8 to 17. The kids build a car that they sit in and race against other kids. The cars use gravity to power the cars. There are 3 different divisions that the kids can race in, Stock division, Super Stock Division and Masters Division. The cars come in a kit which includes everything needed for racing with the exception of the racing wheels and weights. You can buy the kit at www.aasbd.com.

Kit cars are boring. I love the race in my home town. We build a car from scratch and beat kit cars in our race....... Kit cars are all the same therefore it causes the race to lack creativity, research and development, and competitiveness. When every car is the same the races are always close. In 2011 we built a car that beat the 3rd place car by 50 feet. Second place was only 1 car length in front of 3rd, and ist place was 2 car lengths ahead of 1st.
