Here's Qsine's Okuma Macturn & gantry in action. Gantry and chuck transfer is highlighted as they are critical to unattended "machined all over" parts. We will post actual machining videos when we run more complex parts. This machine is new to us and this is the first video I've ever filmed... and posted. Stay tuned!

  • @paulodari : I don't know if I translated this right but the noise you hear in one of the takes is my mill making a hole in an interrupted cut behind the camera, not the Macturn.  This machine operates pretty quiet for the most part. At 12K you can barely hear the spindle. My Cadet mill on the other hand, you can barely hear yourself think when it's at 8K.
