Social Media will be the mechanism for better customer service. You do have a voice as a consumer and your opinion does matter. Don't just complain, give feedback and criticism in a constructive way. Remember, if we don't buy things, companies don't make money. That's powerful.
Great video. I will definitely start doing that. That being said, I swear every time I watch a video in my subscriptions, another pops up. Ha!
