That music is from the Gameboy game Cosmo Tank. It's a very difficult game, but it did have some good tunes.

Your Mega Man reviews were awesome. I only got into 1 or 2 Mega Man games in my time, and you gave me a good idea of how the gameboy ones play with some classic player input to go along with it. Nice handy boy bonus footage too!
