  • why are you able to use foam? isnt that putting air in the patients vein, and reach the heart or are vericose veins not connected that way? so confused!

    Very small amounts of air are just fine. Cardiologists use this technique the whole time when doing stress echo studies. No problem ... but thanks for the thought. CBZ
