The former Mohammad Ali Training Camp in Orwigsburg, PA! An interview with Kim Foreman on the former Ali Camp by Kim Raifsnider of Century 21 Park Road!

A piece of history in Deer Lake, Pennsylvania. The former training camp was purchased in 1997 by world-renowned karate instructors George Dillman and Kim Foreman. The training camp has been totally refurbished with new insulation, roof, commercial flooring, furniture in all cabins, and is currently operated at the Butterfly & Bee Bed and Breakfast. This is a fully furnished, turnkey operation and is being sold "as is". The camp was built in 1972 by Muhammad Ali and includes 18 buildings, including a gym, kitchen hall, chalet with horse stable, 2 bedroom house, Muhammad Ali's former 3 bedroom house, and 10 cabins - all made from hardwood logs and situated on a secluded mountain off Rt. 61 in Deer Lake, Pa., only 10 minutes from I-78, 2 hours from NYC, and 1 1/2 hours from Philadelphia. This is a one-of-a-kind retreat and has housed many famous people, including Sylvester Stallone, Howard Cosell, Sammy Davis Jr. and Sr., and Frank Sinatra, to name a few.
