Sure the talk-thru is a tad bit corny, but hearing it, it reminded me of watching the film when I was 10 years old. Damn, i wanted to fly a Gunstar for many years after watching the film. And as for death-blossom: visually amazing, but as an adult, i cant shake the thought "To spin up to that degree of 3-directional centrifugal motion, where's all the reaction mass ejection to bring about the circular and vertical spin...." To hell with it, it still looks great, and makes me smile!

man I remember this when I was a kid I had this book and tape and I used to listen to the tape like every night to fall asleep and then I lost it and tonight I found this and it made me remember now im pissed lol

I enjoyed this thoroughly. When I originally saw this movie, I thought it was about the coolest thing ever, and it's still awesome.
