Shiki Tohno - Target: Evil Kung Fu Man

In Kung Fu Man's (Or was it Swave Dude's?) mountainside temple, at the witching hour, comes forth the Evil Kung-Fu Man. Fortunatly, Tohno's on the scene and ready to dispose of him.

This is just yet another KFM edit. Unlike most of them, this one is actually tough. And cheap. aside from random mechanical parts hidden in his body, he has a few counters, some wild specials and an aggressive demeanor. His worst move is his unblockable rush grab, which resotres some life to him. Naturally, a move that cheap requires massive spamming on the AI's part.

I believe both the character and stage were made by Mike Mugen.
