On this trip we met up with friends for a run up the Black River in southern Missouri. We put in at Peidmont Public Access at the Clearwater Lake dam and ran upriver appx. 15 miles to just below Hy K bridge ( Annapolis ). The Black River is perfect for jetboating...mostly gravel bottom with a few rock shelves to cross. The water is crystal clear and the scenery is beautiful. We could see 8' down into the deep holes and see bass moving around the stumps. The Denali did great...the UHMW bottom and stomp grate saved our bacon several times. We decided to leave the video as we shot it so you can hear us sliding over the shoals. A good run that we highly recommend. We'll be back!

  • Black River in a full size inboard jet. you're F-Star-ing insane. I'll stick with the middle Gasonade, thanks.

  • The Denali is made to skip over rocks...sort of like off-roading with a boat. The UHMW bottom lets the hull slide over rocks and logs. It's a blast to run! From Clearwater Dam to Lesterville the Black climbs around 140' in elevation making for some great holes to shoot through. We had a blast! Definately going back.

  • This was AWESOME!!! Thanks

  • Thanks...will be posting more trips soon.
