A brief, interesting clip from National Geographic's "Ape Genius" documentary, demonstrating problem solving skills in chimpanzees, by using water as a flotation aid to retrieve a treat from a narrow tube.
This experiment was conducted at the Max Planck Institute in Leipzig, Germany.

This doesn't make chimps smarter than us jeez. They can't create artistic masterpieces, shred on guitar, cook a meal, vocally communicate... They may be better problem solvers, but they are still less sophisticated.

I actually feel kind of stupid now. I would of tried to suck it out of the tube. I don't care though, i can go to the store and buy as many nuts as i want!
