@impazzitoinvolo They have taken a air compressor and converted it into a internal combustion engine. Some are regular 4 cycle and some are 8 cycle to help it cool.... They run off gasoline or lantern fuel..

yeah 8 stroke engine :) My parents do have a very old air compressor single Cylinder i think around 200cc. Never changed the oil since we own it. I think the oil is 10~15 years old. Still working.

I those use trembler coils so it's timed with a distributor.
