I say people should just leave the sharks alone. They attack people cause it's their natural instinct to defend or to eat. Besides, they've been here a lot longer than we have. I only wish I couldv'e seen a Megaladon.

I agree with you. 70 million IS a very large number. It's just that your comparisons don't show this. For example, you don't consider the number 3 to be very large, right? Yet one could use 3 in place of 70 million in your comparisons:

To make the impact you want, perhaps you could phrase it like this:
70 million is a BIG number.
Bigger than ______
Bigger than______ etc.
I'm not trying to be a jerk. I only stumbled upon your vid because I was searching for more info regarding the abominable practice of shark finning.

I hear what you're saying but don't agree. I think the important thing is "70 Million". Bigger or more or less is not the point.

I agree wholeheartedly with your message, but your comparisons are flawed. In order to make 70 million sound like a large number, you need to show that it is GREATER than an amount we all know to be large, not LESS. I mean, the population of New York is certainly OVER ten people, but that doesn't mean ten is a big number.
