"The one you serve" refers to the Cat Brush, the figurehead of the monotheistic belief that Jon is a loyal follower of (his rigid, repetitive daily actions and celibacy being trademarks of a cult-like environment). His stark horror at the realization that he's using the Brush implies that this level of blasphemy begets severe punishment among believers (hence "You're going to get what you deserve"), perhaps involving drilling a hole in his head.
