  • I love this recording.

  • Thank you for the video. Wish the sound quality was a little better but hey. I've heard this performed by Sofronitsky, Ashekanzy, and Hamelin. And... my god man did you ever nail it. Ethereal and invigorating at the same time.

  • Excellent!!!Yes,this sonata of Scriabin is very difficult and you played it perfect!

  • fantastic!

  • Congrats for the technical achievement. The piano sound is against you, brittle, glassy and that adds to the relentless feel. A lot more tonal nuance and variety of touch is needed to bring out the riches of this fantastic piece,"towards the stars.." caressing, dancing, teasing, chasing, leaping & finally..extatically embracing. That's what makes the piece so damn impossible to interpret, not just the notes! Even so, i envy your rythmic command. Bravo!

  • Francini that was superb!! Pay no attention to those 'scriabin' posters. All movements were excellent! You and I are some of the few continuing the true romantic tradition. Keep it up.....Rodney Mills.

  • amazing physical technique...

but this is way too fast and not really that musical. regardless I couldn't dream of physically playing like this.
