WJLA's Frank Herzog got to make his name as the voice of the Redskins' glory years; and is every bit a legend as the other two main Washington sportscasters of that era (WRC's George Michael/WUSA's Glenn Brenner).
Thinking of it now, it's kind of sad Frank's the lone survivor of that group.
Gotta miss the good old days. We will miss Frank. Thanks for posting John. Try to post more regularly. Alot of changes at Redskins park, I look forward to your input.

I'll definitely miss his play by plays. His "He's gone! He's gone! Touchdown Washington Redkins!!" is still a quintessential NFL films moment!
