The very last piece I ever composed for school music class :(.
Its fairly old now same age as Pluto another one of my piece up on youtube.

Composed using Cubase 5 and utilizing multitudes of sample library's this piece is about the Darwin bombings that happened in Darwin (Australia) In World War Two. The piece is split into three sections.
Section One
The introduction of the Japanese 0:00 , 1:08
An atmospheric section conveying the Japanese.
Section Two
First Wave 1:09, 2:51
This section represents the first wave as they commence The Bombing of Darwin and the confusion that follows.
Section 3
Devastation 2:52, 3:54
This final section is the climax of the whole piece it depicts scenes of destruction and devastation as Darwin and her surroundings are bombarded by the Japanese

  • @CedricKristian Thank you kind sir! :D

  • nice composition! May I ask your system specs when you composed this? Cause that's a lot of tracks, I wanna know if I can do this.

  • @Loki659 Sure thing. This was composed on my laptop system which is a measly Thinkpad Core2 centrino 2.4ghz 2gb of ram and some faster external HDD for Disk streaming, my serious workstation is amd quad core 3.4ghz 8gb of ddr 3 and sata 2 drives. but yea this was all done on the laptop.

  • wow ! you are cool ) i always wanted to create some symphonic , bud i dont have the right plugins and stuff

  • @Muytra well you could start of by perhaps getting a lower end orchestral sample library with all the basic articulations and what not like East wests Symphonic orchestra silver or gold edition. Ohhh and thanks for the nice comment :D
