Thank for your sincere enquiry. Yes women are allowed in the distinguished Naqsbandi Haqqani order, although the women will do their zikr away from the men as according to shariah. This is the spiritual branch of Islam which looks at cleansing the heart from anything other than Allah. However, you should be aware that Islam is about mind, body and soul so you need to know about the other branches if you are interested in becoming Muslim (inshallah).
