How to make a McDonald's McGangbang/Churger/Trigger

I changed the name of the video to please the many sandwich artists out there that have named this beautiful thing. It is made by splitting a double cheeseburger in half and placing a whole junior chicken sandwich inside.
Name it what you want, McGangbang, Churger or Trigger, but either way it's delicious.
