The beauty of MH's voice is that it is vigorous yet delicate at the same time; to project sturdiness and tenderness simultaneously is not given to everyone. It is a Heaven-endowed gift (In their better performances, Ghulam Ali and Jagjit Singh are like that too, and Khalid Asgharji, you yourself embody the twin qualities when you sing.). I also love the harmonium and the tabla. The humble harmonium is absolutely crucial to a good ghazal rendition. Thanks, cheecheepia.
