Applied Eskrima , 4 Ways How to Handle on Incoming Strike with Your Stick

On this lesson, I am showing for the first time on the 4 ways how to handle a strike from an opponent. First is you wait for the strike to arrive at your end, then you respond and counter or disarm. Second, you meet the incoming strike halfway and then respond. Thrid, you deflect the incoming strike and hit the opponent and the Fourth, is you hit the opponents stick hand .
