  • shes right about everything!!! i know her body doesnt look that curvy but that has to do with genetics... but shes right girls!!!!!! im getting there to my 6 pack even tho some guys dont like it bz to them its not FEMININE, BUT WE GOT THE MUSCLE JUST LIKE THEM lol i DONT CARE to them is a challenge that a girl can and some of them cant!!!!

  • Getting abs is self discipline. Nothing more. You don't need to box, you don't need to do ab exercises, you don't need to do push-ups, you don't need to buy anything. You need to expand more energy than you take in for a long period of time (depending on how fat you start out). Fat in the abdominal area is usually the last place where the fat comes off, so it will take time and discipline.

  • Hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got hot Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

    

  • Okay all you people complaining about muscles. She's not super muscular she's just lean. She has a decent amount of muscle. I bet if she ate lots of mcdonalds for a while she'd grow a thin layer of fat and look more 'womanly', increase breast size (hopefully not just have a stomach pouch), but still have some muscle definition instead of being an 'all-fat' weakling. Her sports performance would go down as she has more 'dead weight' sure.
