I just bought a subliminal message cd yesterday.
It was custom made to my specific circumstances.
I got to choose the affirmations that I thought be the most helpful.
But the CD is so annoying because the subliminal message is a buzzing sound.
So even with beautiful music over lapping it, the buzzing sound is so annoying.
So only buy a subliminal message CD if you think you can tolerate a buzzing sound in the music's background.
