this is where I'm going to open my new hookah lounge. but I'm still waiting on the bank to loan me some money this is one of the best locations I have found in the 702 area since it has three different views from three streets but unfortunately if I rent there I'm going to be the one and only tenant there.

All major cities of the Mojave Desert are depopulating and will continue to depopulate. That includes Las Vegas, Tucson, Phoenix and Palm Springs. It's not about water. It's about oil. Populations in these cities depend on trucks to bring them everything they need as there is no such thing as "living locally". There is virtually NOTHING produced locally in the Mojave. Worse, these cities are almost uninhabitable in Summer without running power hungry air conditioners.
