Fairest Lord Jesus, Crusader's Hymn (Silesian Folk Melody) St. Elisabeth. This beautiful Hymn has always been one of my favorities. I like to play it very slowly for funerals, it was performed for many Presidential Funerals.

The picture in the beginning of video is me seated at a nice pipe Organ in a Presbyterian Church where I served as the Organist for many years.

** This is a re-make (same video) to improve the sound, the original was a little scratchy. I might completely re-do it sometime playing the second verse very slowly...

  • A wonderful hymn!

"Fair are the meadows, fairer still the woodlands

Robed in the bloming garb of spring

Jesus is fairer, Jesus is purer

Who makes the woeful heart to sing"
