Sixth video of a series of compilations dedicated to Liverpool! It features a few of the club's significant moments of the 1970s and as many goals as practical.

The goals segment begins at 2:40.

Among the players who appear are (in alphabetical order): Ian Callaghan, Jimmy Case, Ray Clemence, Kenny Dalglish, Alun Evans, David Fairclough, Steve Heighway, Emlyn Hughes, David Johnson, Joey Jones, Kevin Keegan, Ray Kennedy, Chris Lawler, Alec Lindsay, Terry McDermott, Phil Neal, Tommy Smith, Graeme Souness, John Toshack

I deleted an earlier version as I noticed a few of the goals were from the early 1980s. Hopepfully there aren't any more erroneous inclusions.

It's my first attempt at using Sony Vegas. As it takes more than 14 hours to produce a 9 min video using the software on my PC - nevermind a HD version! -I've only used it sparingly.

As ever, there are so many videos dedicated to Liverpool on Youtube that you shouldn't be disappointed for too long (should you be). YNWA!

  • The soundtrack to my childhood.

There are still good players but no personalities anymore, they are all faceless money orientated nobodies now.

  • Fookin hell!! Emlyn's goal at approx 5:43 is an absolute rocket!!..poorer grass, basic boots and a heavier ball than today and it must be the hardest fastest shot i've ever seen...even Riise woulda been hard pushed to blast a ball like that one

  • Shame about the music. Good video.

  • great video. i've got a question, is there video material from the encounter Liverpool versus Dynamo dresden in the video? I could'nt see against which teams Liverpool played.

  • YNWA
