5.Can can kicks (16)
6.Quad walks (4 front, 4 back, 2 sets)

Cool Down
1.Tip toes (8, 2 sets)
2.Heels up and reach for the sky (8 for bending, 8 for reaching/leg)

4.Stretch for toes while sitting down (16)
5.Cross legs and touch elbows on knees (16/side) 8 counts to kneel
6.Praying position (16)
