if you have a 1.7 itl will bolt in there, would be a laugh an then some, a good torqey engine them

i liked that engine sounded quite good . the 1.7 leyland sherpa was pretty fast

how did you get new parts for this O-series engine when rover stopped making this engine?

service items like belts, filters, plugs and core plugs you can get from anywhere still..
Alot of O-series parts like water pumps, gaskets etc can be got new from Xpart or alot of dealers have clear outs and list unsold new parts on ebay very cheap.
