This is a video of an original film. In the original they actually played the song "live" as it was being filmed. This "crap" video has the original soundtrack removed and replaced with the studio version of the song. There is no intentional lip synching here only an overdub. The sad part is that the original has a relatively high quality sound track. Whoever overdubbed this thought this sounds better but they forget that only an enhanced soundtrack and not an alternate is an improvement.
