I came home dusted in 1985 one night smoking Bronx bought leaky leak dust bag, and literally had to take this off, I almost threw up, nothing sounded like this back then, sounded too nuts, ....many I knew had the experience

@weirdcode1 are you refering to your record collection? I thought so....

When the demo sounds better than the studio in both production and the songs themselves, then I don't know where I was going with that, but it's true.

i fucking live for venom! welcome to hell is my favorite debut record by any metal band ever!! second being angel witch's first record, and third being kill em all :D
@bautizademonios I didn't say Venom were NWOBHM, I meant that Motorhead set the bar for other bands which were mostly NWOBHM bands.
+ To all the others saying Motorhead are shit. Okay, so you might not like them and Yes there are bands that are A LOT better than them NOW, but they were the ones who gave those brilliant new bands influence. You don't have to like them but have respect for them at least music wise, even if you think Lemmy is a douche or whatever.

People need shut the fuck up about what genre or type of music this is. The point is: Whether you like it or not, this band influenced every heavy metal band you've listened to after 1984. If you can't like them, at least respect them for what they've done, as they've probably accomplished more than you ever will (In terms of Metal).
Rock the fuck out, and enjoy/dislike this music... Just please stop bitching about it.
