This short film explains "Holding", one of the techniques of Constancy that can sometimes help if your practice gets a bit stuck. The best Constancy is where you directly watch your thoughts, memories and feelings, all the time, without any aids. However, "Holding" can be useful if used temporarily, just for a few months.
