@Joyceline same here, except I take it in the liquid form, meaning that, yes, I drink a teaspoon of fish oil every day. (It's not as yucky as it prob sounds! hehe) Does wonders for the skin, hair, and nails. But especially the skin.

@starlight2009x I've seen noticeable improvements in my complexion with taking Omega-3 capsules (fish oil). A psychiatrist recommended it to me as a natural mood enhancer, but I noticed it helped clear up my pimples too.

hydroquinone comes in an OTC strength. 4% is Rx strength.

I have a question for non prescription? For product that fades acne scars or discoloration, what ingredient should we look in.
