"Black Swan" author Nassim Taleb appeared on Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance Midday" with Tom Keene today. He said that he's worried about the crisis in the U.S. more than in Europe and that executive compensation on Wall Street is not fully addressed by regulators, causing a "moral hazard."

Nassim said that Aquinas wrote about debt in the book that he was reading. Aquinas wrote extensively on debt in his Summa Theologiae. Which is also his Magnum Opus. That explains Nassim's reference to the Magnum Opus that he is reading right now.

  • @familyjulz is it that important?

  • @familyjulz

He didn't mention any specific title, he just said he is reading [Thomas] Aquinas at about 2:15.
