I world without religion would be exactly the same. Things like the 3rd Reich wouldnt have not happened just because there was no concept of a church, it woulde just happened under a different banner. Look at nationalism and greed and all the atrocities it creates, non religious. History's vilans used religion because it worked. Do you think the crusades happened because of church and God? No, because there was money to be made through plundering the middle east, it wouldve happened anyway.

what you are saying is a world without one group of people, stereotypical male muslums. There are so many religious people that are kind and have helped the world because what they are taught at a holy building, whether that be a church or another place. There are muslums that aren't like that, every one I know isn't, and I've met foreign exchange students that aren't like that. It wasn't the religion, it was the men.

The point is that were united,not religion doesnt exist,or that its a bad thing.What gets me is that its not religion that pulls people apart,its people. Many religons say to love everyone no matter what,but some pick and choose what they follow,and feel they are higher than others because it. I'm a Christian,my friend is a Christian with gay parents,other friends are athiests,some are muslum,some are jewish,some don't worship a god but keep principles. Dont dis religion,you just make it worse.

It's silly to imagine a world without religion, as that would not be possible. The very fact that every single culture in the entire world has some sort of religious belief makes it quite clear that religion was integral to the social evolution of humanity.
