This is my entry for the GMV Awards. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that I didn't get a chance to finish it in time. I don't really expect to win with a half finished video but I think this competition is a great initiative and I just wanted to be a part of it ^-^

Also, considering this is a beta, there are mistakes and I also have extra ideas that I plan to incorporate later that I haven't had a chance to add in yet. Constructive criticism is welcome.

Haha, Suzie's BETAs rock! XD I think it's the best BETA I've ever watched ^^ *applauds* I'd really love to watch it finished! I'd suggest to add more effects in order to better match the rythm of the song and make the video more dynamic, as this is a powerful song, also it would make the transition between the clips smoother if there're a lot of effects, like in most of your videos ^w^ But I think we can count on you for that, you're our Effects Queen after all ^w~

I really can't think of any criticism, the only thing I can suggest is maybe mess with the colors? At times, the song got dramatic but the clips didn't match the movement of the song so maybe throw in some greyscale in those bits? An example would be at 0:32, I mean the coloring is great but since it is an effects video and the song is so.. busy, in lack of another word, you can definitely experiment more.

@TheSylphOne I know it's late to say this, but I'm sorry I said such insensitive things back then, I take them back. Your video is just fine as it is, I think these kind of unreasonable expectations may have contributed to your current editing block. I shouldn't have said those things anyway, even if it's unrelated. Whatever you think is good will be good enough, you don't need to overdo yourself, and I also wanted you to know that I still care even if it doesn't look that way.

Is it normal to get chills from a video. I don't usually get it but this sent chills up my spine. It also made my vid to this song looks like crap. Great job on it!

However... the BETA-er in me wants to give a little help where it might be needed, if I may. ^_^

Be careful with the contrasting in some places. In places it's a little too dark, or too light and it makes the clip itself tricky to see.... which sucks, as your clip choices and timing are exceptional.

Otherwise... this is going into my inspirational playlist... ^_^
