I agree with driyou1 on the open dialog thing, I think you having Blue Table Painting out on youtube was a brilliant move. I've seen your buisness mentioned in various swedish tabletop gaming forums and I'm sure the same is true in other gaming forums out there. You guys are definately reaching gamers and making a name for yourselves.

Thank you Shawn! I just wanted to let you know that your channel has become my most frequented channel. I love painting and have never played the game. Your battle reports completely drew me in. Every battle report I've seen prior to these have been 9-10 minutes and confusing for someone who hasn't played. Watching you all play and have a great time really encourages me to take up the playing aspect of the hobby. Love what you all are doing and wish you all the best in the world.

Thank for an insight into bluetablepainting as an organization. I found your points on leadership very interesting. If I might offer a suggestion, I think you should look into a man named Daniel Goleman. He wrote a very inspirational book on leadership called: "Primal Leadership: The Hidden Driver of Great Performance". Thanks again for the insight.
