You want to know why Mao is great? Because before Mao, Chinese put local loyalties about national loyalties. After Mao, Chinese stand united as one nation. Mao may have screwed up economically, but he made Chinese think like a modern nation. Without him, China would be like Thailand, the cheap whore of Asia.

To answer your question, if I went to China, I wouldn't be going there to to talk politics, for it is not my home country and I have no business discussing governement with its people.

China is not a communist country, it is a dictator ship becasue to be a communistic country you need a dictator AND a planned economy, China has a Capitalistic economy now days.

Also Mao was a complete retard: He wanted to exterminate the Sparrow population but that created an ecological catastrophe, he then demaned that Soviet would send 200.000 sparrows to replace those killed to restore the natural order.

Okay, so Mao had people killed. So did all of our favorite American Founding Fathers, and current political icons (1. Reagan-South/Central America, Libya, 2. Clinton-Kosovo, 3. Bush HW/W-Iraq etc.).Did I mention the Founding Fathers owned African slaves and also successfully eradicated 96% of all Native Americans?? Just sayin', that's politics for you.
