We have a similar fist-motion technique in original style UechiRyu. Not the style taught in Japan today, but the older Chinese style taught by Uechi Kanbun Sensei as he learned it in Fuzhou 100 years ago. Exciting to see similar (not exactly same, but VERY similar) techniques in S. Mantis and old Wing Chun!

@ronho2007, Thank you for the comment. Hahahah...it looks like Jook Lum. I practise Taichi and drunken boxing, which may explain the soft movements in the form.
